Trying to register for a class....(step 3)

.... but get as far as "add to the cart"... then a message reads "Your browser does not currently permit cookies. To continue with your purchase, please change your browser settings." So........ I do exactly as it tell me but I still cannot register. I have registered for and taken classes before and have never had a problem. Also, I have ordered products and never a glitch. Please help.
