When someone joins a list for the first time, they are always moderated until the liaison takes them off moderation (this is what protects the list from people not in the Radiant Recovery community who are joining to send junk mail.

Once a person posts once or twice, the liaison generally takes them off moderation.

If it's the first few times you've posted, that's probably what's behind the delay. If you are concerned you can write the liaison (I believe the email address for that is at the bottom of every email you get from the list).

If that's not the reason, there might be a Yahoo issue (which usually gets cleared up within a day or two).
