Hi all, I have email address questions, please.

If I enter my email address here when I post, I know it enables people to click on my "blue name" and send me an email, and it enables the mods to contact me about my post if needed. I know that it is not displayed with the post. It allows me to receive emails when a reply is posted.

However, after reading the forum tips I am still unclear as to whether adding my email address here in the post form will allow others (besides the mods) to see my actual email address, or if it is masked and I just get the email sent to me without the sender seeing my actual address. Also, is there any way spam bots can scrape my email address if I put it here in the post form?
