OK, I don't know how that happened, but I can tell you how to get off the list UK.

If you have gotten email from the UK list (called RadiantBrits), scroll down to the bottom of one of the emails and there is a link to use to be removed from the list. Please note it could take at least 48 hours, after you do that, before you stop getting emails.

There is a Step 3 list - you can go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/radiantstepthree/join to sign up.
