I'm really sorry it's taken me so long to respond!

In terms of the emails from Kathleen, I can't speak for her but my guess is she was writing to you in response to something posted to one of the Yahoo Groups, and she was writing to the email address you use for the groups. This same thing happens to me and it's unavoidable (i.e. someone writes to my gmail address, which I use for lists).

In terms of where to find posts, are you referring to the Forum? Or the email lists? From the way you worded the question, I'm assuming you mean the Forum. At the top of the Forum there's a link "My Preferences". You can click that to say how you want the posts to show up. I prefer
List Style: Thread List
Display Style: Single Message
Sort Order: Newest First

Now and then they do some software maintenance on the forum and I think sometimes that changes the display for each person back to the default, because once in a while, I seem to need to re-set my preferences.
