We have checked with our forum techy parson and he has confirmed that 1) you are on the subscriber list and 2) the digest is being sent regularly.
He says "Everything else is beyond our control. It might be her ISP or some settings on her email account or on any server involved in the transfer from the Radiant Recovery server to her account. General or private filters causing the digest to be considered spam - for whatever reason."
Another way to say this is that there could be spam filtering that your internet provider does that filters out emails that you don't see. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that there is anything Radiant Recovery can do about this.
