On my list there is nothing that says sort by date, it says newer or older. I've searched all over the page, but these words don't appear on my step 3 and 6 lists.

I have also noticed that another thing has started to happen, when people reply the replies no longer show, only the original message, this means I don't see that someone has come into a conversation to me and so don't respond. I came across a message from Janis to me today by accident when clicking to see if the message I posted further along the thread had worked.

None of these things have been a problem in the past. Usually everything is in date order, and I can easily see all responses and know whether there is anyone I should respond to.

Feeling a bit of a nusience, really not meaning to be.
