Ann, first, since this is a public forum, we can't really post passwords here, so I had to edit them out of your post.

Once you get into the chatroom as you did, just type your name in where it says Username, and don't put anything in the password box. Then click the login button.

A chat doesn't have to be going on for you to get in the chatroom, so it is a good idea to try "practicing" getting in as you did.
