Ann, go to http://www.radiantrecovery.com/members/chat.html

put in your name and the new YLD password. If you are using the conversations password,
it will not let you into YLD

If you have the right password, the YLD should show up in the drop down menu. My hunch is that you are not using the right password. Can you check.
