If you are getting the groups email coming to your computer, you can just delete the emails once you read them. If you don't want to get as many emails, you can go to the web site for the group, click on Edit Membership, and change yourself to Daily Digest (you would get one email a day with all the days posts) or Special Notices (you would not get emails unless there is a special notice.) If this doesn't help, you need to be more specific about what you are asking.
