i just tried that and they asked me to create a new profile again. i'm going around in circles on this, and i'ts not worth the frustration. i'll just stick with the community forum; i know there's plenty of support for me there. thanks for taking the time trying to help me figure this out, but i'm not very adept dealing with with technological stuff.
