Lindsay, sorry it took me so long to respond!

I actually don't have any words of wisdom on this. It sounds really frustrating!

I was going to suggest you try a different browser but you already did that so I'm stumped too.

It sounds like a general computer problem. Do you have any computer experts in your life that could come to your house and look at the browser issue?
