Hi, I'm a convert to RR and have been for about 7 years. Not perfect, but I know that my life has improved 100% plus since I started.

I'm having problems AGAIN trying to get into the Conversations chat. My sometimes paranoid self thinks that you all are tired of helping me with my technical problems. I've contacted you a couple of times recently and haven't heard back. I did upgrade Java and I'm wondering if the passwords have changed.

I would very much appreciate if someone would send me the directions to reconnect. I read the weekly chat online, but I would prefer to be able to participate on real time.
