Ann, I'm sorry you didn't see my last response to you here. It's possible you did not check back or that you didn't have your forum defaults set up to look far enough back. I had asked you some questions.

This time, I will email you instead to be sure you get it. If it's just a password issue, that one is easy. But if not, we really can only help if you say exactly what you are doing and exactly what is then happening.

For example, if it's a password issue, it would tell you specifically that it was the wrong password.
