Hi Lucy, Yahoo has recently rolled out a new version of their program, neo, which many have found not stable with the ipad and iphone yet. I just tested writing a New Topic from my iphone after using the + sign. The Send button is in the upper right corner of the phone screen. You might try powering down your phone, then turning it on again. If that fails, I am afraid I don't know what else to suggest. Yahoo is supposedly making changes when they hear about a problem and I'm sure this has been reported by others.
