Charlotte, was it the Java plugin it said it needed? When I clicked on the button to download it, it took me right there and downloaded it.

You might want to try again.

If you still have trouble, unfortunately I don't think I can give you any other advice, but if you have someone around who is good on the computer and can help you, that is probably the best bet.

I'd also suggest trying that several days before the next chat so it will be all ready. You can go into the chat room even when there is not chat scheduled, just to see if you can get in.
