YLD

I am attempting to get into the chat room for my first YLD chat. Last night Dell technician installed
updated Java on my computer and he said it would work 'automatically' with the chat. When I go to the
chat window and put in my password and user name, I get a grey screen and invitation to purchase a java
chat room.

I am probably going to miss this chat, but now I will call the Dell remote technician service and ask them for their
help as I do not know how to solve this.
