Hi Elsa,

I am glad you wrote. We originally had a special group. We found that it kept people focused on the *problem* rather than supporting them in focusing on the solution. When you do the steps and simply put your energy into the step you are on, it creates biochemical changes in your brain and the other addictive behaviors just start quieting down.

There are lots and lots of people on the lists who are recovering bulimics so there is a lot of support.

But the key is to simply do the steps.
