OK I got the official answer.

Ordering online is not "secure" as you are referring to it. In other words it is not through the store.

If you do not want to order that way, the other option Kathleen suggested is to fax 505-345-3057. I know that would involve a phone call but a short one hopefully.

Also, the installments are no longer available.
