THANK YOU ALL!! I think Claire has my answer. I was on Safari. I have OSX so that's not it, but I have had difficulties in the past on some websites on Netscape, so Microsoft it is! I'm pretty sure that'll work. Thank you all so much for the prompt responses! I will be at YLD chat next Wednesday!
