Yes, you can make any page your home page.

If you have Internet Explorer (Microsoft) as your browser, I can tell you what to do. If you have a different browser, it will probably be similar.

First, bring up the Radiant Recovery page (the one you want as your home page) in your browser.
Click on Tools at the top of the browser window, and there will be a drop down menu.
Pick Internet Options off the drop down menu.

A small Internet Options window will pop up. There will be tabs across the top, but the General tab will probably be in front. The first thing on that little window allows you to specify a home page. If the page your browser is currently showing is the Radiant Recovery page, you clan just click the Use Current button.

Then click OK and you should be all set.
