I joined looking for support with food problems but my first post is

Hope you can advise/assist me.

When recently joining YLD, Rad Recovery & Rad breaky I stipulated
individual email to my non yahoo address that I used to join YLD.

Upon starting to open the emails my browzer freezes after every 3
emails or so. This is definately a new and sudden problem. I
don't think the timing is a conincidence.

I have since changed my preferences so I can read online, but don't like
that. Is the easiest thing to do is notify RR that I am changing my
registered email address with youse guys to my yahoo address?

Also, I can painly see my full alternate email address when I am
signed into Yahoo groups. Can other members see it? There's
all seem to have ....'s after their names.

Hope I'm making sense, but please just keep in mind that I am
a sugar addict
