Usually the only people with this problem are those on AOL. Did you contact AOL to find out what might have happened to the email Yahoo sent you? Did you find out if it might have been filtered out by a spam filter or considered "junk" mail, and if so, how AOL can get it to you?

We don't really have any way to access your Yahoo account information. Another option would be to go to http://groups.yahoo.com and click on Help. If you don't find specific help, you can usually answer "no" when it asks the question about if it answered your question. You then get a chance to write them.

The other way to connect with the community is through the community forum.
