Do you have a yahoo ID already, or is this happening when you attempt to get a yahoo ID? It could be that you are trying to get an ID that has already been taken. We really need more information on what exactly you are doing. As Eva suggested, giving us the complete message that yahoo gives you will help us understand what you are trying to do and what is failing.
