Hi, Thank you Anita, Kitty and Eva. I did get on Yahoo on August 17th, doing all the steps I did previously. There must have been a glitch on Yahoo's end. What actually happened was I followed all the prompts, completed all the forms and hit "submit" and would get a page saying the Website was currently unavailable. This went on for quite some time before I called for "HELP". I tried a couple of days later and got registered quite easily following the very same steps as when I was unable to register. Anyhow, it's all good. Thanks again, Vicki
