Hi Beth. Upgrading your OS will not require changes in YLD membership. If you change e-mail address, that's a different story. For that, you will need to have a change made. Also, if you are subscribed to any yahoo lists for YLD or the radiant community, you will need to change those to the new address in order to get the mail delivered. So a couple of questions:

1. Has your e-mail addressed changed? If it has, I will find the out where you need to send that information in order to get it changed.

2. Are you subscribed to any yahoo lists like YLD or one of the radiant lists? Do you already have a Yahoo ID?

3. You say that you forgot your password. Was that a password to the YLD material and chatroom? Or was that the password to access your Yahoo account?

This is not a difficult task once we know exactly what your situation is.
