We currently have daylight savings time here and you do not; so this will change again in October. I used this site for the conversion. The instructions are on the left side of the page. I unchecked the block that said to use current time. Then I put in the chat time which is 19:00 US/Mountain time. I selected US/Mountain in the block on the left. I selected NZ on the right and then clicked on "Convert." This told me that you should go there at 13:00 or 1PM.
