Are you referring to posting to the Radiant Recovery forum? Or to a Yahoo group list?

If Radiant Recovery forum, you can just use your mouse to put your cursor in the Your Name field and then replace the name that's there with something more generic like just your first name.

If Yahoo, then go to the top of the web page for one of your groups, click on My Account Information, and then over on teh right, click on Edit/Create Profiles. YOu will be able to edit your name so it shows up how you want. If you aren't clear what to do, click the Help link on the web page.

If you are sending email from your own computer then your email account might also be set up to send your first and last name. So if you do the above and it still doesn't give you what you want, you might need to reconfigure your email options to not send your whole name. Since there are so many email programs, I can't help you with that, but hopefully you know how or whoever set up your email can help.
