Make sure you have the Caps lock off. Also be sure you do not type a space at the end of the words.

If you try again checking both of those things and it doesn't work, let us know what operating system you have - (Windows XP, OS X for Mac, etc.). Also what browser are you using - (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Mozilla, etc.). Are you trying to login from a workplace that has high security?
