I altered your message a little to remove the login information that you gave in it just so that others would not see it.

The first thing you should do is to look at the YLD Members page at http://www.radiantrecovery.com/YLD/ That has the manual of instructions for using YLD.

You will need to get a username and password for logging into that. You will use that same username and password to login to the chats. If you don't remember it, write to kathleen@radiantrecovery.com and ask her this information. She will verify that you are signed up for YLD and then send it to you.
