Hi Kirsten
That is probably the hardest time for most of us here, and the suggestion is to eat a little more fat and brown in the days running up to it, and during, I believe. It basically raises both BE's and Serotonin, which are needed at the time of the month because the chemicals go down which is what causes the cravings.
