There are no specifics for complex carbs and fats because Kathleen didn't want us all to be obsessed with counting everything, so you get to experiment for yourself and see what works for you. The amount of browns and fats I eat depends on my activity level and stress level. Anyway, you can experiment and see what feels good to you and keeps you satisfied.
