Re: Fruit & Endorphins

*lazy rainy morning*

Hi Violet great questions.
I eat fruit, usually after a meal or in my shake for breakfast. If I am craving fruit I know it is not ok. I am either out of balance (I am on step 7) or it is not a fruit I should eat. That is the cool part of healing and tracking with our journal it lets us know these things.

What step are you on? We are here to help with your healing. Chloe

When I visited this forum quite a
: while ago, Kathleen said that
: fruit was not so good for sugar
: sensitive people because the sweet
: taste alone can cause a
: beta-endorphin spike, and that
: this is true even for low-glycemic
: fruit which would not be affecting
: blood sugar adversely. Then some
: time later she stated “certainly I
: think fruit is just fine”.

: So I was wondering what the final
: verdict is on fruit, and whether
: there has been any new research on
: fruit or sweet tastes and
: endorphins.
