Re: Vitamins safe for breastfeeding?

: Thank you so much! :h11)

: I am taking a prenatal vitamin. Here
: are the b vitamins in my prenatal
: that match with ingrediants in the
: b complex I picked up.

: Niacin 20mg
: B-6 2.5mg
: Folic acid 800 mcg
: B-12 8mg

: It also has 30mg vit C and 3.8 mg
: zinc.

: I was taking the b complex 50 because
: I figured caring for 3 children
: under age two qualified as a
: "stressful job", like
: PNP recommended for the 50. I also
: picked up zinc 15mg and vit c
: 500mg but hadn't worked on finding
: the right dose yet. I had only
: started the b complex when I
: noticed my neon yellow milk.

: Here is the amounts in the b complex
: 50 I picked up:
: Thiamin 50mg
: Riboflavin 50mg
: Niacin 50mg
: B-6 50mg
: Folic acid 400mcg
: B-12 50mcg
: Biotin 50mcg
: Pantothenic acid 10mg
: Calcium 115mg

I would stick with just your prenatal. The other one has way too much for the baby :)

And 3 little ones is stressful...Nap, rest, laugh and post....

Glad you asked.
