Re: before-lunch sleepiness and protien

I feel like some of this could have been written by me as well. I am just in a few days of this program and I'm also noticing I get a little bit sleepy after breakfast. I start out GREAT immediately after and then for about an hour after breakfast, but then start feeling like I need a nap. I've been fighting it, but today I decided to just give in to the sleepy feeling (and sleep).

I have also been trying to add in more protein at lunch/dinner and worried about that as well. And I'm still eating/craving sugar and worried about that! :s10(
