Hi Nancy,

If you are having wheat for breakfast, it could be the cause of the sleepiness. Try a non wheat brown and see how it goes.

How about just focusing on step one :h11) Step one, oh stop one. It is part of the healing process. Learning to focus on JUSt the step you are one.

And yep you are still craving and eating sugar :h3) That is what focusing on step one is such a great idea :h12)
