: I thought step one was the easiest
: thing ever, but I missed quite a
: lot of the experience by not
: actually focusing on step one at
: the time.
: I just stuck with the things I knew
: and didn't play with it. So I
: didn't get the benefits. So I
: began Just noticing. And then
: having an experiment
: I found a lot more things that suited
: me better. and though I was a
: browns expert I discovered more
: things. Besides which I had a very
: flexible attitude to within the
: hour/every day
: in fact I only had to add a potato
: and everything else was perfect.
: Only it didn't work quite that
: way. I think sharing with everyone
: and the exchange of information
: really helped me - I think that's
: what helped my brain rewire, and
: helped me do the food as it suited
: me best
: for example, there was no way on

: But it suits me great on a

: would have missed me if I hadn't
: gone and sat on step one for a

: afterwards
: wonderful you have your grams ok - do
: you have a favourite breakfast
: protein? I love greek yogurt but
: it works best as a top up addition
: for me. I had shake today and am

Hi Mosaic, I used to eat gluten-free corn flakes with a banana, and nuts (some combo of walnuts, almonds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds. On that I would pour organic 0% milk. I still eat that sometimes, but have to up the protein now, which I usually do with hardboiled eggs, or fried eggs. Sometimes I will eat plain greek yogurt with nuts and banana. I only add 2 tsp honey if I am out of bananas or other fruit. I am not vegetarian so I will eat meat, but generally not unless it is free of nitrates, added hormone, etc.
Increasing my protein has made me less regular. I am not super constipated but things don't move as easily.
