Sounds like you have a good plan in place. Good job sorting out what might be contributing to your biochemical funk. One of the gifts I have gotten from this program is the ability to recognize the biochemical state instead of just assuming life really is that bad. It loses a bit of its power once you realize "oh yes, my biochemistry is off".

: Hi Everyone,
: I really felt that I hit rock bottom
: yesterday. I was pacing with
: anxiety, catastrophizing, and
: unable to function properly. I
: have lots of things to worry about
: at the moment and feel that there
: is not end to worry worry. My
: thoughts have not been realistic
: and I know this but felt unable to
: calm them. I rang a friend in the
: evening desperate for someone to
: talk to and we talked and she
: reflected to me what I was saying.
: That was comforting. Firstly
: because someone was listening to
: me and secondly it helped for me
: to have a picture of where I was
: and how I may have got to this
: place. I cannot have a trouble
: free life unless I move to an
: island and live on my own but I
: can help myself to cope with life
: better. I haven't been walking
: over the last 2 weeks. Its been
: getting less each day. I then
: began to have a "light
: bulb" moment and thought
: about my food. Ah I said! I sat
: quietly afterwards and Radiant
: Recovery and Kathleen quietly
: whispered to me. I am going to
: treat myself to a walk on the
: beach today. I started with eggs
: this morning. Thank you for always
: being there, even when we stray
: and find ourselves lost again in
: the sugar trap! Sarahx
