really fascinating - I am really textures orientated. I do pay a lot of attention to it. The funniest thing is my daughter is equally as attentive, but we are off in different directions!
I like fish overcooked - she likes it rare in the case of tuna, salmon etc, she likes slippery textured foods and tofu, sushi, sashimi - no, no , no
vegetables, we are a houseful of diversity for instance I like my brussels al dente. DH follows the British tradition of starting the Christmas day brussels sprouts at the end of November
