You shouldn't even be thinking of this when you are starting out. Just work on breakfast. If you start counting tryptophan, you will be defeating the whole point of the steps which is to shift you from counting into enjoying food :)

I would think about how you can get adequate protein for breakfast and not stress about the tryptophan.
Maybe cream of buckwheat cereal.
