breakfast within an hour
Well, i'm hanging in there doing bkfst but bkfst within 1hour(waking? rising?) is tough. Does it have to be a full meal? Wondering if getting "something" on my stomach within an hour would help that transition? For years working 3-11, I had lemon water and an apple prior to a workout and a full breakfast(protein and veg) within 2 hours. Perhaps it's just a matter of creating a new habit??? Is the rationale for working "one" step at a time, is to allow time for your body to adjust to something new and react to the changes?? Anyway, I will continue working at it..
