erratic work schedule
When do I eat? I sometimes work very long hours into the wee hours of the morning. I get bkfst around 10a, full meal mid-afternoon, another around 8 pm, then a potato three hours later, but I work until 3 or 4 in the morning. Should I eat a significant meal at 2 in the morning? Also, there are other days, I rise at 4am to begin work at 5am. I figure a shake would cover until a full meal by 10 am. At this point I'm just trying to cope, but that seems to mean not getting too hungry. What aspect of recovery should I focus on until such time as I can establish a regular daily routine?
