For years working

Well, if you are going to go work out on an aplle, that would be creating a LOT of stress for your body :)

yes, it is to allow your body to catch up to your enthusiasm. And with the number of variables you have, it also protects you from being crazy with it :h3)

Anyway,

Just work on breakfast.
