Thanks so much for the advice everyone. You are probably right, I am going through the steps too fast. My breakfasts are good, oatmeal with berries, nuts and Greek yogurt. Or oatmeal with turkey sausage and berries, or a protein shake with berries and 1 slice of kamut bread, or a tofu scramble cause I can't have eggs. Almost always within an hour of waking but about 3-4 times a week I go to the gym as soon as I get up so I eat about 2 hours after.
I started this about 2 months ago and thought, oh I'm going to school to become a nutritionist I know all this I can just skip some steps. LOL but the more I learned I feel like the less I know. If I can't help myself how will I ever help anyone else.
So if I'm doing some of the steps already, and there pretty solid, how do I know where to start and how fast to go? I'm always jumping into things fast and wanting everything to happen now. We have a vacation planned in September so that time frame is stuck in my mind to lose weight even though I know I have to get stable first.
