Thank you for the information. There's lots to digest. I am confused about the exercise as in your books it states how important exercise is to raise seritonin. I have been working out for a long time, mostly cross fit and weight training with 30 min and cardio a few days a week.
Is the membership for the YLD a one time fee or annually?
I would like to drop 10-15 pounds, but my main goal is to stop bingeing and stabilize my moods, mainly depression which hits really hard right before my monthly cycle.
My last question would be in regards to coffee. It's not really mentioned in your books but I know it raises cortisol and blood sugar and I'm wondering if others in later stages have decided to do without it.
