Today has been really hard. I weighed myself for the first time in a long time and I've gained 7 pounds!!!!!ughhh. I feel so bloated and very down on myself. It's the Canada long weekend and I'm watching everyone enjoying ice cream and alcohol and I can't have any of it😢 I'm trying so hard not to just start a ketogenic diet or something else to lose these new pounds. I feel totally in despair.
