My one tip is to use paper and a pen or pencil to journal. No matter how rushed I am ( or will be) there is something very connecting about sitting still for a few minutes each morning or evening. .
It reminds me to take time to see what works, even if to just scribble on scrap paper.. I have the same breakfast each day in the summer so basically I jot down cereal, almond milk, fruit and whatever protein I had.- oh and water.

Don't make it too complicated.This is a fine program with much good advice for every lifestyle.
