So sorry things are hard, Denise. This is biochemical and will pass if you focus on the steps. I've been where you have (including the workout issue and being jealous of people around me because they can eat stuff I can't). How's your step 1 coming?
I've been doing really well with shakes, especially pre-workouts. If I eat 30-45 minutes before working out, I can do pretty intense exercise. I( work out at a kettle bell gym 3-4 times a week and also ride horses and do yoga.) I kinda have a stomach of steel though, which I feel pretty grateful for.
This morning I had a shake made of protein powder, almond milk, ice-cubes, spinach and some fruit. It was yummy. I made some whole-grain gf zucchini muffins last night and had those as my complex carb. Quick and easy breakfast, just how I like it.
