Hi all, newbie here

Hi there, I'm Nicki and I have just started my journey, I feel so blessed to have had the book Potatoes not Prozac recommended to me and was relieved to find that there is an answer out there, I have read the book up to step 1 so far and have just started yesterday with my breakfast shake and am keeping in mind the advise to 'just concentrate on 'breakfast' and not to worry', I do have questions but am focusing on 'my breakfast' for the interim and looking to master that.
