Hi Diane
I had more of an issue with depression than with anxiety, but I did have some anxiety. Since doing the food, I am much calmer in general, and much more at ease in social situations.

The important thing when considering going off of medication is to do the steps, and then after you have been stable for about 6 months on step 6, you can assess where you are and talk to your doctor.

The steps really do help with many things, if you trust in them and do them.
